The multidisciplinary field of complex systems has witnessed a significant advance over the past two decades, resulting in the development of an understanding of behaviors and phenomena in diverse disciplines such as biology, economics, and the social sciences. The Conference on Topics in Complex Systems aims to provide a unique opportunity for researchers at all levels to be exposed to the various facets of complex systems research by interacting with leading experts and engaging in thought-provoking discussions. Graduate students, young researchers, and teachers with backgrounds in physics, applied mathematics, computer science, sociology, and physiology will find different aspects of this conference beneficial.
The conference will be preceded by a workshop on December 7 to introduce participants to the fundamentals of complex systems. Registration for the workshop is optional. Participants can register for either the conference or both the conference and workshop.
